The Compact Magnetic RGB LED Tube Light from Ulanzi measures only 3.9 x 1.6' and is compact enough to use handheld. It's also magnetic and can be used attached magnetically to something, and it features 1/4'-20 mounting threads for alternate mounting options. Additionally, it has a nonslip silicone mat on the bottom so that you can simply set it down on a tabletop.

The light has a CCT mode offering a wide 2500-9000K color temperature, and an HSI mode where you can choose from the gamut of RGB colors.
