Straight from the DTX series as a replacement, upgrade, or standalone addition to any e-drum kit, the black forest KP128 Electronic Drum Kick Pad from Yamaha sports a beautiful 12' birch shell with the same color finishing technology as Yamaha professional acoustic drums. The 2-play REMO mesh head features a multi-layer cushion construction with the softest material at the front and the hardest in the back, giving the pad a distinctive presence onstage while remaining lightweight and portable.

This kick drum pad comes with retractable spurs, which provide extra stability. The trigger output includes level adjustment for tuning in the perfect volume directly from your drum, and you can also adjust the drum head tension, or remove it entirely for replacement, just like a real acoustic drum head. The KP128 includes two 1/4' stereo audio cables, all equipment needed for mounting the leg spurs, and two spare patches for replacing the center strike point patch on the drum head.
