It features an Apple MFi–certified Lightning connector for compatibility with a iPhones and iPads. The 3.5mm stereo mini-jack output, though disabled during recording, allows easy headphone monitoring of the playback signal. The MO-IPL2's electret condenser element produces a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, which is honed to complement the sound of the human voice.
